The service
Fax It lets you send documents as faxes from your mobile device. Faxes are transmitted through third-party telecommunications providers. We do not guarantee that every fax will be delivered, as delivery depends on the recipient's fax line and factors outside our control.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Fax It only for lawful purposes. You will not use the App to send unsolicited bulk faxes ("junk faxes"), harassing, fraudulent, or unlawful content, or any material you do not have the right to send. You are solely responsible for the content you transmit and for entering the correct recipient number.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features require a purchase or subscription billed through your Apple App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Settings. Prices and included credits are shown in the App before purchase.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a fax will reach its intended recipient.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including failed or delayed fax transmissions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
