Information we process
- Documents you fax. The pages and files you choose to send are processed solely to transmit your fax to the recipient number you provide.
- Fax details. Recipient number, page count, and delivery status, so we can complete the transmission and show you its result.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Basic diagnostics. Anonymous crash and performance data may be collected to keep the App working reliably.
How we use information
We use the information above only to deliver your faxes, provide support, process purchases, and improve the App's reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
To transmit faxes we rely on third-party telecommunications and cloud providers who process your document only to complete delivery. Purchases are processed by Apple. These providers handle data under their own privacy terms.
Data retention
Fax documents are retained only as long as needed to transmit and confirm delivery, after which they are deleted from our processing systems. Basic transaction records may be kept where required for support or legal reasons.
Your choices
You can stop using the App at any time and request deletion of any data associated with you by emailing us. You can manage subscriptions through your device Settings.
Children
Fax It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
